A quick Rambling of my past week & the week to come

She has major sensory issues and has long hated socks they hurt her feet (the seam in them anyways) So I ordered her 6 pair of seamless sock.
From this place  Tootsies Stride Rite  She was so happy to hear that I ordered them, Well they came yesterday & when she tried them on her face lit up & she was so happy she said they felt great!! that she couldn't really feel them on her feet. I'm always fighting with her to keep socks on, Yesterday she never took them off.

She had also been wanting a digital camera, On Valentines day I gave her my Kodak easy-share one she had a field trip on the 15th and wanted to have a camera to take when I told her that one was hers to keep she almost cried. Sad thing about her field trip it was to 3 museums and she wasn't permitted to take pictures there LOL

She has also joined a club at school she gave chorus a try but didn't like it, so next she wanted to try the robotics club she says she loves it. They are building robots that they will be competing with sometime this year.

She is also getting a new computer and her old one is being passed down to my youngest. She also got to build my new one she loves working on computers. I think it is good for the girls to learn everything about them that they can ( and care to learn) If they are going to use them it's sorta like driving a car if you own one you'd best know how to maintain it. (Or that was the way I was raised and it has saved me lots of money)

Well I best go and get cleaning I'm weeding through stuff and donating it this week ( Lot of stuff my Lord how does one or a family of 4 get so many things)  We are doing a home make over or playing like we are so my youngest doesn't flip out or have a melt down over the toys going bye bye. She is being a super hero and giving toys to children in need.  The kids have way to many toys I did daycare a long time ago & have to many toys from that.  So once I get the clutter cut & things in a nice neat place I think they will like it.

Also my youngest is getting her own room soon with a computer area (like my oldest has)  That is the main reason behind the de-clutter. (She doesn't know that yet)

Oh yeah My hubby has the flu it never fails we get a long weekend & one of us gets sick. He was pretty bad yesterday fevered yucky feeling & dizzy. if he fevers he gets dizzy?!?

OK I have set here long enough I best get off my rump and get motivated ( Lord help cause I'd rather sit here) & get some laundry done & sorted and donated. We are giving lots of stuff away from furniture to clothes dished & toys. I just wish the weather was better cause I set everything out in the yard it would be gone in no time flat then, We are going through free cycle to give most of it away & taking it to the local thrift stores to give it away.  Every so often I have free yard sales LOL But it has been way to windy or rainy this month to do that.

HI HO Off to work I go.

Great blog, Angela! I remember how disappointed I was that I couldn't take pictures in the Salvador Dali Museum. They said the flashes would eventually make the paintings fade. But it also helped them earn 40 bucks from me, since at the end of the trip I insisted on buying their book filled with reproductions of the museum's paintings.

Hope your husband's feeling better soon....

    Peace,
    John

Not thinking of it before hand, I never took a thought that they wouldn't let any pictures be taken. When she got off the bus I could see steam coming from her ears!! I thought great someone either stole her camera or broke it. I asked how was your day... her reply was, OK but the stupid jerks don't allow any pictures to be taken!! LOL

So I let her stay outside & take some nature pictures. That made her happy.
